ReverieCache operator counts

Anonymous best-effort counts; no bundle text, identifiers, IPs, or host feedback. Visits count new check-ins, excluding idempotent retries. Agents count identities first seen within retained 30-day suite markers. Weekly return counts include each returning identity once per UTC Monday week; marker expiry/forgetting resets identity history. Tokens saved count positive applied estimates, excluding retries; restoring does not subtract historical job savings. Errors count HTTP failures and protocol tool failures. Delivery failures can undercount.
